Abbotshall Healthy Lifestyle Centre (HLC) is a neighbourhood hub in a creative corner of Catford. Our aim is to provide an environment that through physical activity, creativity and connection supports and celebrates healthy living for all in our community.

Abbotshall has its very own café serving delicious healthy food and drinks. We have plenty of outdoor seating and we are child-friendly.
Come down and say hi to our lovely staff and have a chat to them about what's on at the centre each day. Grab a coffee, some brunch, a healthy lunch or simply come and gaze out at a glorious green space and observe the local wildlife.

Abbotshall is privileged to have a wonderful community garden as well as an urban wildlife corner. Our keen gardening volunteers grow produce, from fruit and veggies to herbs and hedges, much of which ends up on your plate in the Cafe!
They're always on the lookout for new people to help shape the gardens; why not come along and learn new skills, keep fit, whilst meeting people in a friendly environment?

Our playing field is one of the hidden gems of SE6. Tucked away behind rows of houses we have an enclosed space the size of 3 junior football pitches with a climbing frame and slide. At weekends we host football sessions for pre-schoolers.

Abbotshall has been host to all manner of events. From fireworks displays to summer fairs, schools sports days, fund raisers, neighbourhood camp outs, Christmas markets, clothes swaps, the Catford Literary Festival and birthday parties, halloween spooky discos and pizza nights. We love to see our community get together!

Abbotshall is the perfect place to celebrate! You can hire our facilities, including our outdoor space. Make your special occasion extra special, with plenty of room inside and out, we are the venue for you! We can also sort out the food and refreshments, so that you can relax and enjoy the moment! We work closely with our partners at Epic Inflatables who will be able to offer the best price for all your bouncy castle needs!
